I've only been using this purse for a week so I can't say anything yet about the pleather's wear and tear, but overall it looks and feels like a quality product. Stitching looks good, all of the zippers open and close smoothly, the shoulder strap is easily adjustable, and the material is buttery soft. And it's so light! There are three outside pockets that are roomy enough to hold bulky items like my keys without creating weird bulges. The two center pockets are the same size, one of which has a small interior zipper pocket, that are large enough to hold my reading glasses without worry that they'll be crushed plus a 16oz water bottle (placed horizontally) when needed. A large wallet would fit, but I'd check the dimensions to be sure. Oh, and there are two open pockets on the ends, just under where the shoulder strap connects to the bag. Definitely not large enough for a cell phone, but one pocket is comfortably holding my bottle of hand sanitizer and a pen without them spilling out. In fact, the only "downside" I've noticed so far is the lining in the two main pockets is loose, as another reviewer mentioned. The pocket liner seemed like it could be annoying, but once I put items in the pockets, the liner stays in place and doesn't get in the way when I reach in to get something. ... show more

This was perfect for changing to a smaller bag for weekends or travel. It soft and holds more than you would expect. The strap is long enough to wear as a cross body bag, so no fear of it slipping off your shoulder. Good bag for the price and have recommended to others.

This is really a nice purse, soft, functional with all the pockets and zipper openings, well put together, and the RED is gorgeous rich red and a soft supple leather-feel. I do not smell any foul smell as others have noted, and I was in love with it as soon as I opened the package. Unfortunately, the reviews that complain about the zipper getting caught in the lining are true for this one that I received. The FIRST TIME I unzipped the one top zipper, it caught in the lining. I carefully got it uncaught (if that is a word), and zipped it again. Again, it got caught on inner lining. I am returning it, sadly. I am going to try buying the smaller size, same color, in the hope that it won't have this problem. It's only a little over an inch small, so don't think size will be a problem. I absolutely loved this purse! It's adorable, the perfect size to hold everything I need without being bulky, lightweight, affordable, lots of pockets for organization... Almost perfect, except for one glaring issue. After using it daily for half a year, the zippers have all failed and it no longer closes. It's not exactly safe to go out to bars with my wallet just hanging out for anyone to reach over and grab. Sadly, it's suddenly garbage now. If you use yours less, maybe it won't suffer the same fate. ... show more

Not at all true to color. Not even a little bit. Zippers also noticeably different color. It is smaller like I wanted, and since purses have been huge for so long it looks deceptively tiny by comparison. Don't let the initial shock of getting what you asked for scare you. It will hold a lot. Very soft as people have mentioned. Time will tell how that holds up. So initial look I don't see any loose seams or anything. They pack it so squished that it looks like a wrinkled mess, but I expect regular use will fix that. The inside lining is very thin, so I'm concerned about it's long term wear, and there's also an excess of it. So be careful zipping because it gets stuck in the zipper. I'll see how it works despite being the wrong color and try to let you know after some actual use. ***Edit*** After using this purse a week, I am relatively pleased. Added a star. Pros: Despite the compact size, it does hold a fair amount of stuff. It's soft and feels nice to touch. Because it's smaller and less heavy I've experienced a decrease in neck/shoulder pain. One of the main motivations for finally seeking out a smaller purse again (online because they don't have nice ones in stores!) Cons: Color nowhere close. Even after cutting out things like gum/mints and other misc items I used to carry, I can't fit my cell phone in this thing. It's so smooth that the strap likes to keep sliding down my shoulder. Would buy another but try another color. I'm curious to see the bigger one and see if it's still smaller than what I was used to but a tad more roomy that this one. This one would still be great if you're switching out bare essentials (wallet, keys, phone, etc) like to go to a concert or theme park so less to carry/be searched upon entering. Edit #2: This purse has worked out well overall, so I ordered the bigger version to try. I wanted options for when I have a need to bring a few more odds and ends. I took it back though as it was not as attractive looking as the smaller one and had one of those useless, bottomless large center pockets. I hate digging through so much just to find one item, so I prefer two smaller ones. Stick with the smaller version. Oh and funnily enough, the color was off on this bigger one too. I forgot to get a pic before I returned it though. 18m UPDATE: I still love it, but the lining I was so careful to avoid catching in the zipper finally caught. Now one of my zippers is broken rendering the purse useless. Sigh. RIP. It was a good run. Added pictures to show how well it held up despite all the people saying it fell apart. I barely had two small issues in the corners after all that time. Added side by side with the new dark blue one. I really didn't like any of the colors, but I wanted something different. If they would make a few more options for color that would be great. ... show more
