The media could not be loaded. I love this if I want my reds a touch above room temperature. It also keeps my roses chilled longer. It holds a variety of stemless glasses. If you or your friend drinks from a stem glass, they have it for stems as well. Def works better when weather is cooler, obviously doesn’t last as long when it’s 100 degrees. Simple to use: Pop it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, take it out when you need it, return it when you're done. I like to sip white wine over time, so keeping it cold is a big benefit.
