They are soft! Blend in with my fair skin and have great adhesion. I had nipple surgery and needed something in a hurry for protection while wearing clothes! I've had covers in the past that I absolutely hated so I was pretty leery about trying some out again, especially after gaining a substantial amount of weight and always being a sweaty mess. I was pleasantly surprised by these and very impressed at how well they stayed on despite my swoobs. I've worn this pair 4 or 5 times now and they still stay on wonderfully although they are starting to have a tiny bit of lift around some of the edges (but that was kind of to be expected). You still can't see the lifted areas through anything. Super easy to take care of - just rinse with water & let them dry & they're good to go again. I kept the plastic protector pieces that came with them and just put the covers back on those to store in the box they come in - which by the way, is really nice! Sturdy box with a little magnet that keeps it closed - great for travel! I've worn them with several open back rompers & jumpsuits and it is SOOO nice not having to wear a bra, omg! haven't worn them with anything white or any see-through material so I can't speak to that, but a couple of my rompers are pretty thin material & you can't see that they are there. And I don't notice them at all, literally like wearing nothing...it's great. On that note, they are literally like wearing nothing so don't expect these to have any lift, they are just covers but they do cover very well! So, if you're someone who has "prominent" nips - no worries, these will do the job! I love them! Mine are the light beige color and I wear a D cup so I bought the bigger size and they are fab. I can't say enough good things about the VOCH GALA Nipple Cover! As someone who has struggled to find nipple covers that match my skin tone perfectly, I was thrilled to discover these. HELLO, PERFECTION, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? I am somewhat of a pasty connoisseur, and have tried all different shapes and sizes over many years. I was looking for pasties to fit under sheer shirts to make it look less like I had no bra on... because, well, I love pale tops and really dislike wearing bras! I'm sure you can infer the problem here. So many of the pasties I bought that were supposed to be 'invisible' ended up either being a little TOO invisible, or you could see their outline through my shirt! Neither look was what I was going for. But these?! They are large enough to cover everything and fade into the background appropriately. They are thick enough to not show my (admittedly rather dark) nipples through them. They are so comfortable I forgot I was wearing them, and they had their debut at an all-day wedding on a tropical island. (So yes, I was covered in swear the entire time. And no, they didn't move a centimeter!) The only way I can tell they are on: fabric sticks to them a little bit. So, when you are putting on your clothes, remember that! It's not bad at all, just make sure to smooth the fabric over your chest carefully so it doesn't wrinkle. I like soft, thin material, so that probably made it worse. But once I placed it, that baby was good to last all day long! In closing, these are the best nipple pasties for modesty I've ever had the pleasure of owning. They made me decent for a family event.
