  • Vivobarefoot for the win; Amazon seller for the Win! Size down!
Size: 10 Wide Color: Obsidian
I’ve been working on transitioning to barefoot shoes and love the Vibram v-aqua that I wear everywhere. I needed something Barefoot but more socially appropriate. I also wanted a road shoe for running barefoot. This is perfect and feels great. They feel durable and look sharp. Sizing: I normally wear a US 10.5. I ordered an 11 (UK 44) from the sizing on the Vivobarefoot website and they were just too long. I ordered these on amazon from a seller who had it as 10W. I wrote them and they quickly replied that it was an error and that they were US10 (UK43). The shipping was lightning-fast from GB to US-GA. The fit is absolutely perfect. I'm very happy with the shoes and the amazon affiliate.. If you're looking for a NICE pair of barefoot shoes...these are a great starting point. ... show more

  • Don't be fooled by the spacious toe area
Size: 9 Wide Color: Obsidian
You might get these in your exact size and think they are too big but give them at least a day or two. They have a wide toebox with slight room for the lengthening of your foot as you walk/run, so they might seem a bit big but actually they are just right. We are just not used to having room to wiggle and move our toes in a shoe. Go easy if you're a first timer with zero-drop shoes, they will hurt your calves and cause your foot to work more which in the long run is good for strengthening your feet and balance. The provided supports are very thin and the letters stating "RECYCLED" will rub off after a week or so. After using them for a month now, mine just say "ED". The laces are fat and don't have much friction so they come undone over time. I love these shoes and can't imagine ever going to a name-brand padded shoe ever again. I plan to get their more dressy and also cold weather versions. ... show more

  • Best sneaker for my wide foot
Size: 7 Wide Color: Obsidian
These are a game changer. I was always worried that these minimalist style shoes would be brutal on the soles of my feet but that’s not the case. I feel like my feet are behaving the way they are supposed to. I have very wide Flinstone feet and most sneakers are ungodly tight. These just hug my feet naturally and allow my toes to splay which is an incredible feeling while walking and working out. I can even wear toe spreaders with these. It’s like getting feedback every time I take a step. I’ll probably never buy other sneakers again. I bought 3 pairs within a year. ... show more

  • Maybe a smaller length for wide pair.
Size: 7 Wide Color: Obsidian
You may want to order a smaller size for the wide pair. But if you wear thick socks like wool, they’ll fit fine.

  • THIRD ATTEMPT; missed! Again :(
Size: 12 Wide Color: Obsidian
The media could not be loaded. My best advice find a store try them on and avoids all the hassle of buying online: I’ve attempt 3 different times. I’ve had issues every single time Too big too small Tight Sorry no more

  • Worth the cost?
Size: 10 Wide Color: Obsidian
I can't speak on durability, Just the design, feel, and materials used doesn't seem to justify the price. It feels flimsy and cheap. Not sure why "minimalist" shoes that doesn't have all the bells and whistles costs x2/x3 more the shoes that do. Either way I was expecting something that felt great to put on and wear, and material that seemed well not so thin. The traction also seems very lite. Anyway retuned and will see if a competitor can give better price for same idea of basically not using insoles in shoes. ... show more

  • Overpriced, but decent quality
Size: 11 Wide Color: Obsidian
The soles are very hard for how thin they are, and cushioning is lacking, other shoes of this type have been comfortable for me, but these make my feet hurt. They are also way too expensive for what they are, even on sale. The quality of the materials is good, but not good enough for the prices they sell for. ... show more

  • Shoelaces come undone
Size: 11 Wide Color: Obsidian
I dislike that the shoelaces come undone so easily with the provided laces. They are also very rigid so difficult to put on without untying them.
