Good size and thickness. I laid 3 side by side and placed 4 exercise machines on them: treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, rower. Stable, sturdy. The color border stripe looks nice. I only wish that these were 1/2 the actual cost of $120 each.

This was exactly what I was looking for, although I wish that it was available without the red border. I was able to fit my treadmill, bike, and rower on one mat and leave a second mat for floor outs. It’s plenty of space for one person, although it might be too small for two depending on what you are doing. The only issue is that the mats are slightly different sizes, and don’t lineup perfectly. I needed a mat that could be easily moved around but also thick enough to give me support and had enough space to move around on for kickboxing and aerobic type workouts. This works perfectly for me. If it was any bigger it would be to heavy to easily move and store.
