The walker is very nice. Very sturdy construction. Fairly easy to adjust height for taller or shorter persons needed to use. Instructions for assembly could’ve been a tad bit more clear in their layout. Had to reverse the parts after initial attempt to put together. But went together easily. Not as easy to maneuver for older persons with mobility problems. However, for someone who is short and needs a little bit of help with standing and walking, the way the armrest adjust is a plus and works well for them with support and stability. ... show more

I liked the fact my mom would be standing upright and not hunched over and the support it would give. My mom fell down 6 carpeted stairs while using the walker, she missed the the mattress but the walker did not. Thankfully my mom was not hurt lading on the hard floor. But the underside support of the walker broke. She has only had the walker for 2 weeks and is not out of bed often. Great design and concept, but not heavy duty materials. ... show more

Just returned from a 3 hour maiden voyage with this product. Very comfortable to use with my back problems. Found it to be sturdy, well engineered, and easy to assemble. Need to flatten the rear seat on my CRV to get it in to the cargo area. Was disappointed to find that after a couple of hours the brakes no longer adequately secured the wheels - apparently the cables stretch with use. There are no instructions provided to adjust and/or tighten the brakes, but it is possible to do it. This could become a problem as the wheel surfaces wear because the adjustment space is limited. Found it to be best and easilly used on flat, smooth surfaces - difficult to steer on slanted surfaces. Would not try to use it on trails or uneven or warped.boardwalks. Overall I will keep it but restrict its use as noted above. ... show more
