I gave three stars because I like the look and feel of vegan leather. It is good quality and seems durable. However, I was disappointed with the color strap because it's not the exact same color as advertised in the picture. If you notice in a side-by-side comparison: the picture on the left is the item I received and the picture on the right is what's being advertised. There is gold color in the strap on the left and it stands out as more prominent than the blue color, unlike what I thought I was getting in the picture on the right which shows beige and blue colors with the blue as more prominent in the strap. I wish Amazon would sell the item precisely as pictured rather than to bait a customer with false hope. You can do better, Amazon!! I know I can send it back and reorder but how do I know that I won't end up with a repeat situation for a different bag??🤔 I will keep it since I like the bag, overall and just "handle" the situation..pun intended! ... show more
