First time ever buying cacao and I love it. I put a tablespoon in my coffee with some maca and maple syrup and it is great!! Makes a great hot cocoa in the morning, but I also started using it for baking too. I love that is has good health benefits, it is affordable, organic, and takes great too.

Didn't know what I was missing!
Flavor Name: Cacao Powder
Size: 2 Pound (Pack of 1)
My mornings are heavenly now with a cup of this amazing cocoa! It is so smooth and velvety and tastes so fresh and delicious. We drink two to three cups per day cause we can't get enough and as soon as it starts to get low we panic making sure to order more before we could possibly run out. The price
is fantastic as we have compared with other cocoas and for the quality, this one can't be beat!

This is quality cacao. It mixes great into my coffee with a little non-dairy milk. Also tastes great on my oatmeal. I was concerned about the P65 warning on the back and also the fact it says the cacao is roasted, not fermented. So, I emailed the company and this is what they said: "After it's harves
ted, cacao is fermented. It's then shipped to a cacao processing facility, where it is roasted and processed into various end products, including cacao powder. Prop 65 is an initiative that aims to protect drinking water sources in California from substances that may cause illness while eliminating exposure to these substances in general. Certain listed minerals naturally occur in the air, soil, water, and rocks around us. However, high-quality foods grown worldwide are grown in highly fertile soil, essential for their growth and nutrient density. This means heavy, naturally occurring earth-based metals (minerals) are found within them. This is an entirely natural biological phenomenon. Heavy metal limits in our cacao powder are well below USP safety standards; however, in California, anyone who sells products containing any of the 900 substances listed under Prop 65 is required by law to place a Prop 65 warning on their packaging or anywhere else their product is sold. Rest assured, the earth mineral limits in our food products are below USP safety standards, and we periodically have the batches third-party tested." I'm not worried about the P65 warning. If anything, we should be more worried about cancer causing products in other things as well. I doubt I'll get cancer from drinking a little cacao powder every morning. But there are other undeniable health benefits to drinking cacao that outweigh this little risk.

This is the first time I’ve tried Cacoa. I added it to a vanilla protein shake and oh my gosh it was so good. I’ll continue using it for the anti inflammatory benefits and flavonoid benefits. Only used it one time so far. I was impressed…
