  • I’d give 0 stars if I could.
I bought a gaming pc for 400$, I know that’s not a lot for a gaming pc but when it arrived it got blue screen of death within 10 minutes of use so I ordered a replacement. I actually ended up getting it to work by reinstalling windows but It had to be 10 not 11 because the cpu wasn’t supported, since it had windows 10 I decided to just use the new one because windows 10 is going to lose support but When the replacement arrived it was missing all screws for the PSU so I had to take the ones off the first one they sent. I used the computer for a little bit and bought four games on steam but the computer was only able to play one of them with medium graphics settings at 1080p and not even at 60 fps the others were to glitchy to even play and looked horrible so I just said screw it I’ll order a more expensive one and returned the pc, after waiting for over a week to get a refund they only refunded 279$ of the 400$ I paid. Another thing is The details for the pc said it had an rx 580 GPU which it did but it was the RX 580 2048sp which is a notoriously bad GPU and I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew. I guess its kind of my fault for trying to be cheap and ordering a cheap pc but only refunding 279$ is ridiculous but at least I learned not to go cheap if you want a gaming pc and that Vipertek isn’t a company I want to buy from. I was going to order their Ghost 4.0 for 930$ but after they refunded only 279$ I just decided to order from another company. If you do buy from them make sure you ask them for exact details for specs ect and don’t go cheap even then their quality inspection before shipping is obviously horrible if they didn’t even notice a PSU missing all the screws. ... show more

  • Nice Gaming PC
I can't speak for other reviews but my experience has been quite good. This isn;t a $1500 pc but it does do the job. I run Microsoft Flight Simulator with no problems. It looks great and has enough power to run any game. Although it did not come with a manual ( suggest they include one with more info on the unit) tech support is quick to respond to any issue. I would recommend this product if you are on a budget!!!! ... show more

  • Shipped w\ Issues - Support Mediocre At Best
1. Any stand-offs needed were NOT installed but checked off as installed on the sheet. 2. Wi-Fi Adapter couldn’t have been tested as no place is present for them to connect the two antennas. 3. Pre-testing quality checks were not completed. Improper Network Interface Card driver installed or just not configured. Max speed <100 Mbps. If I add a USB NIC, I can hit >500Mbps. 4. PC Shipped with AN ISSUE present in Device Manager. Support shared the notification should be ignored. No, the notification should be resolved by the vendor before shipment. A problem is present with the image that needs to be resolved by the engineer that built the image. 5. Failures are present in all three of the people that inspected this device before it shipped. The final inspector should’ve at least caught the missing stand-off. 6. Most of these issues do NOT take heavy troubleshooting or multiple emails to resolve. Send me a link to the proper drivers for your selected Motherboard. ... show more

  • DOA
Fast shipping, excellent packaging, excellent communication. Trouble was I couldn't get it to work. Contacted tech support and after following their instructions still couldn't get it to boot. After doing a return with Amazon, tech said they would fix or replace. To late, they charged me a $100.00 restocking fee for an item that was DOA. They said it was working when they received it. 😆 I'm not saying they didn't get it working, but I couldn't. Would have been a great computer for a great price. Thankfully Amazon got the restocking fee refunded or paid it themselves? ... show more

  • Decent Value
It is a nice PC and runs well. It was advertised as having a 700 watt power supply, but came with a 600 watt. On initial hook up, it would not turn on. Checked the cables on the main board and found them loose. Once pushed on the pins correctly, it powered up. It was also missing a back panel piece. Looked as if it was removed when the video card was installed and not put back in. The fans are a little loud, but nothing I wouldn't expect from the number of fan's running. The main board is small and only has one PCIe expansion slot. I think the pricing is about right for what you get. Overall I think my customer will be satisfied. ... show more

  • DO not purchase, THIS Computer is NOT Windows 11 Compatible
The company falsified their report that this system supports Windows 11 but it does not. They modified the install media to skip the check for compatibility and the first major Windows Security Update that occurs crashes the system (see image). Their recommended solution to the problem is: "the only option we can suggest would be installing back to windows 10." Bad company, bad customer support. Amazon is being alerted to the false advertising. ... show more

  • Not a good pc
If your looking for a pc that runs call of duty and Fortnite this is not it it runs really good for few then starts to slow down to the point steam games don’t load it’s dumb but if you’re looking for something for a kid to play Minecraft it’s good for that
