Description

What are you supposed to do when your vinyl fence broken? To take apart a vinyl fence to repair broken sections, dig and remove cemented fence posts, dis-assemble and re-assemble fence parts? No! Just apply our repair kit to save your time, money and effort. Don't make yourself in trouble. Directions for Use Step 1 — Prepare. Wiping the area round the hole or crack with dry tissue or towels. Step 2 — Measurement. Measuring the size of hole or crack on siding. Step 3 — Clipping. Cut the thin repair patch based on the hole size. Step 4 — Covering. Peel the backing paper and apply to siding, pressing patch from one side to the other in case of bubbles and you will see the woodgrain pattern will appear. Step 5 — Painting. Paint to conform to the existing siding color. More coats are recommended. Why not use general tape to repair? Genaral tape is not to stretch, insufficient strength, and fragile to high temperature. While ours is thin and durable; resistant to water, oil; flexible; with excellent corrosion resistance. Package: 12 patches white patches

As the title states, I have used these to repair small vinyl siding damage on my home in lieu of buying entirely new pieces of siding (which I can't find anyway because I doubt they sell these anymore). It has been around a year in some places and the repairs have held up well. Just make sure you clean and prepare the area well, and then obviously paint over it to match. Happy DIYing! ... show more

These are super thin. I ended up needing to layer three of them because it just seemed way too thin with just one. But they do paint well and they seem to blend in well enough. Just wish they were thicker

Check the before and after photos I Included. Really great product for vinyl siding repair. Sticks onto siding easily like adhesive tape, and is paintable (obviously). Make sure you bring a small piece of your existing siding to the hardware store to have it color matched, that’s the secret to the results. I had a hole in my vinyl siding and needed an easy fix. I ordered these because that’s exactly what they promised. When I got them I realized they were basically large stickers and I thought “This will never work.” I put it on anyway until I could do something else and never did get back around to it. But over two years later it is still exactly where I put it even through the changing seasons it has stayed put and protected the wood behind the siding from getting damaged. Used this to patch holes in vinyl siding and an old shower arm hole in fiberglass tub surround. Works well and stands up to water. The only drawback was removing the paper backing to expose the sticky side. This is an easy to use patch repair for vinyl siding. I have been stairing at BB bullet holes in my vinyl siding after a teenager shot my siding 20 yrs ago. My husband used the patches to repair many holes in the siding. He painted over the patches and now our siding looks new again.
