Disclaimer - I have only used this about a week (3 brews). I do love it though. Coffee tastes great and overall it is an easy enough setup. There are definitely faster ways to get cold brew, but I have tried several and this is by far the best tasting. Additionally, the product seems to be high quality and well made.     • Makes great iced coffee
Easy to setup and use. Add water to the fill line. Put the specified amount of coffee in the filter assembly, attach it to the pump unit, plug it in and set your desired "boldness" level. Then press brew. In about 20 minutes you will have cold brew ready. Tips: Only use a medium to coarse ground coffee. If you use a fine grind (like espresso) it will clog up faster than the freeway in Los Angeles at rush hour and you will get a lot of sediment. I also let mine sit for a few hours in the container after brewing as it mellows the flavor a bit and gives an added kick.     • Great coffee but very expensive to make.
First the good; it works great! It is fast, easy, and the coffee tastes really good. It’s super easy to set up and to clean up. The one thing to note is that you will need to grind beans in the store at a course setting and it uses a ton of coffee. 7 scoops (14 tbsp) to make about 2 1/2 large cups of coffee.     • Useless after 5 months
The Bad: First one worked for 1 month Second one just cut out and hasn't made it to 6 months and the second one is not eligible for return, these don't last even when taking the best of care of them. I use coarse grind as instructed and never hot water, I run the clean cycle after every use and use it daily. I believe that I have followed the care instructions to the best of anyone's ability and yet here we are, a machine that lights up, but the motor/pump/whatever thingy doesn't do it's thing. I'm gonna give this 1 star at this point as this thing doesn't work past 4 ish months. The Good: When it worked, the flavor was good It is quick at making cold brew, bold is about 25 minutes as opposed to 18 hours. The Nuetral: I'm hoping to hear back from the company so I can report back on their customer service. So far I've left 2 voicemails one last night and attempted to call this morning, so, we'll see. I hope I can report back and update the review with something more positive then having a dead coffee unit sitting on the counter. ... show more

I have bought several cold brew makers and have found this one to be one of the best! It’s my favorite! It’s so good, i bought an extra one for work! It takes less than 4 minutes to make….filling up the scoop & another 3 minutes to brew! Since moving to south florida, i like mine xtra bold! I make the cold brew every night at work & share it with my coworkers….. at home…i use it as a refreshing drink! This is a product comes from a great company!     • Delivers a great cold brew!
I have brewed about 20+ times now and it delivers a great cup of cold brew everytime! I like dark roast and so I put the mode on xtra bold and it delivers well. I have found the best result is to brew and then place in fridge overnight. The amount of time to brew is great and therefore I can brew 3 or 4 times and place in a glass mason jar for overnight the next day the coffee is cold and strong!
