I thought I was purchasing a NEW monitor and I understand that items get returned, but the box it came in was loosely sealed, the screen parts were in a small zip lock bag, the styrofoam that held the monitor was coming apart when I opened the box and took the monitor out. What the specs are and what I see this thing is great bang for buck. I unfortunately got a broken one from them but no biggie it was like the 3rd I’ve ordered so my brother wants 2 and my dad wanted one so it was easy for my brother to manage with one until the other one comes. I feel bad that they have to lose money because of Shipping. i got this with honestly every intention of having to send it back. i usually game on samsung monitors (over twice the money) but decided to give this a shot bc i spent a lot of money building the pc. you honestly can’t really tell the difference between a 350$ samsung monitor to this one. i play fortnite, cod, phas, and a few other games and have never had an issue with picture quality! ... show more

This monitor mostly delivers on what it claims, but at the price point and size, there are a few things you wish it did. For instance, if you used this as a second monitor to your laptop, it clearly falls short! The 1920x1080 on this size makes everything appear jumbo-sized, while your laptop is crisp and clear at the right size. One HDMI and one VGA seems early 2000s - 2 HDMIs or at least one DVI or D-port would have been better, but that's only if you have more than one PC to be connected. Lastly, the controls and menu - it is rather difficult to use them with this monitor. I wouldn't complain too much, but one button that has all the controls in it for power, menu navigation, settings, etc. is quite difficult. The tilt and curvature is all good, just what I expected of this monitor, nothing too fancy, at the same time does what it promised. Overall, I wouldn't complain, but it could (should?) deliver much more for the price point. ... show more

Amazing monitor well worth the money! Super bright which bothered me at first but ive grown used to it. clear display everything was great. Sadly, it lasted me about 3 months but only because my cats knocked it over and caused cracks on it. Just purchased it again :)

Best monitor I could identify on Amazon for the money. Has not disappointed ! Microsoft Excel looks as premium as Roblox or any game. Very high quality materials. Great display. More than happy with my Sceptre monitor.
