I'm being very honest, it's exactly what it says to be. It has that fruity smell that's not sugary and smells like fresh fruit with a hint of flowers. It is pretty strong but not to the point where you're grimacing, it's to the point that everyone can smell and enjoy it. From up close it's strong, but from far away, there's this subtle fruity smell that truly does smell like plums! The bottles are pretty small, though, but it is good to get to see if you want this to be your signature smell or to see if you want to add it to your fragrance collection. It does make your skin soft, but I do wish it was cheaper, BUT you've also got to remember it is from Victoria Secret. I love it ... show more

VS bare vanilla scent is light. It is a good quality bottle with no leakage or problem with the delivery. Would be a good present for any basic vanilla fan.

What I liked about this product is it smells amazing. I got this set for my Mother for Christmas and she loved it she also said this was a great Christmas present for the holidays. She sprayed the Perfume on her wrist and her neck and when she went to work they asked what was that amazing smell she said this is the Valvet Petala set.
