Very good at clearing your nose but doesn’t clear sinus cavities so you still have sinus cavity congestion. Also gives me a really bad headache every time I use it. Not recommended for use for anything but extreme nose congestion. Also, if you have any health issues or take prescription medications, check with your doctor. After buying, I discovered it has a moderate interaction with several of my prescriptions so I can’t really use it now. ... show more

I use a CPAP machine everytime I sleep and I love it. However, I'm always congested due to the use of the CPAP. The Vicks nasal spray cuts through and allows me to breathe. The dual pack cost brings the price down to roughly $8 a bottle. When I go to my local Walgreens/CVS, the price per bottle is between $11 and $14. This is a much better deal. ... show more
