Great product it’s not a fake review software is great printer is great I bought this so I could start a vinyl business from home and I can say it was just what I wanted. I can cut small, medium and large items also as long as I want this is a most but I’ve had it for a week or two and it’s not gone down not once. I finally had the time to use my cutter but when I plug it in .. In several outlets it does not turn on at all so yeah I wasted my money on something it didn’t work I wish i had checked it first when I first to see if it worked only to find out it doesn’t so I could get my money back frfr😡

Do not purchase this plotter, the company will not stand behind their warranty or return policy. Instead they will just keep giving you the run around. Our USB stick that included the supposed directions kept reading error. Them when we tried to find information on how to use the machine their was none to be found. You will end up with a $200+ paper weight. Totally useless. Save your money and buy something else. ... show more

    • Should have just got this first
I originally ordered the cricket maker 3, but after receiving it the firmware would not up date and it will not allow you to print and the only way to get it is to go online. Any way after trying forever I gave up sent it back and replaced it with this beast of a machine which I had up and ready to work in an hour. The software is loaded on CD and thumb drive something the other guys don't do. This ain't as pretty as maker 3 but I didn't buy it to look pretty I bought it to work; and work it does. Buy this and save your money and frustration. UP DATE: Have now had this for a while and it is amazing and fast cutting. Has great software for editing and cutting. love it! ... show more
