  • Works great
Style: 2630 GPH
Filters great, pond is clear, it's easy to clean. The uv lights didn't last long, changed it out no big deal.

  • great value
Style: 1580 GPH
This is the best pond filter I have purchased out of 5 others. This came with an extra UV light, clamps, all the fittings and even a screwdriver. Be sure to take the covering off of the UV light. This pump cost less than a different one by the same company I purchased two months ago. The UV light already burned out on the other one. I am thinking of getting another one of these to have for backup. ... show more

  • A Good filter, finally!
Style: 1580 GPH
The media could not be loaded. I've had fish ponds for decades, and as they've become more popular, the filter equipment has gotten better and better. There are a few of the "same design" filter here, but this Vevor filter finally came out as the one that works (as opposed to other brands.) After another brand kept blowing the UV lamp (necessary for algae control) I took the head apart and found the ballast was wired to neutral instead of Line, as clearly indicated on the ballast. So while that worked for a while, it blew in a couple weeks. Replaced twice, even rewired it didn't last a month. So I tried Vevor's model - and wouldn't you know it blew too!! Theirs was wired correctly (with more advanced electronics in the head), so I figured this was a fluke. They replaced it promptly (through their ticket system) and it's been working for over a month now, so I think I finally have a good one! Their great customer service, plus a correct electrical design, makes this model stand out over other 'identical' models! I have a few Vevor tools and motors now, and they are all great! Fingers crossed for my fishies on this one. Specs: pond is 600gal, pump sized for this filter's max clears over twice gal/hr. With copious rain and barley straw extract occasionally, occasional net leaf and debris removal, built-in backwashing filter elements @3-4 months, this keeps pond crystal clear! Backwashing produces a good amount of algae, so that works to keep filters clean; when I've taken the filter apart the foam elements aren't even that dirty, certainly not plugged and the button has never popped up indicating high pressure. Easy maintenance. ... show more

  • UV light burned out, replacement did as well
Style: 2630 GPH
UV light doesn’t work, now trying to figure out what to do next - they include a replacement so I assume it’s a known problem. Will update Replacement burned out as well - the pump was running, water in the filter so that isn’t the problem. Without any instructions it was a pain to figure out what required a bit of effort and what needed a gentle pull. The crystal glass housing was vacuumed on so took a bit of force then came off easily, the light itself - well see the pics. The new one went in easy enough, but when reassembled I didn’t see the light, when I took it apart (again) turned out this UV light burned out as well. ... show more

  • Great product. Easy to assemble
Style: 1840 GPH
Easy to assemble and hook up to the small pump I use for my little duck pond. Considering ducks are slobs this works well.

  • Is filtering the fish tank water exactly how I had hoped
Style: 1580 GPH
This filter has done exactly what I hoped it would do. Coupled with the over 1,080 gph little water pump, this thing has made my fish tank perfectly beautiful I'm very happy. Easy to set up easy to use with a hand crank to clean the inside foam filters.

  • Cleared the algae within a week
Style: 1840 GPH
I used chemicals and additional filters, but couldn't clear the algae form our 2000 gallon fish pond. Within a week of installation, the water was clear enough to see the bottom. I haven't needed to add the anti-algae bacteria. It's extremely easy to clean.
