Features

  • Adjustable Width of 6.3 Inches: After installing the guide rail, the height is 48 inches, with an adjustable width of 6.3inch/160mm on each side. This allows for quick and unobstructed loading of small boats such as jet skis, sailboats, small fishing boats, and dinghies, ensuring that the boat remains in the correct position without shifting.
  • Two Installation Methods: The U-shaped bolts can be flexibly installed on trailer beams with a width of up to 3 inches. These two installation methods are suitable for different trailer models, including ski boat trailers and fishing boat trailers. Even smaller frame trailers can be securely mounted. The upgraded M8 thickened high-tensile steel material ensures a firm and stable installation without excessive movement or deformation.
  • Spraying Protection: The metal surfaces are all coated with thickened spraying coating, which is not easy to rust and makes the rails durable for long time outdoor use.
  • All-Steel Construction: The bracket is constructed from heavy-duty steel material designed for outdoor boat loading. Its thickened inner walls can withstand boat impacts without easily deforming or bending, ensuring long-lasting durability.
  • Protecting Boat Surfaces: The PVC column effectively protects the boat's surface, ensuring no metal contact with the boat's body during loading and transportation, preventing scratches and providing effective cushioning against impacts to maintain the column's shape. The higher design also serves as a clear warning to oncoming vehicles, making it easier to observe the trailer's condition during transport.

  • Good product
Style Name: 46", Aluminum Trailer Guide ons
I bought these at a discounted price. They are perfect for what I needed I topped them off with 2 inch schedule 40pvc. Yes the u bolts are fairly small in diameter but if you do not overtighten then they are just fine. They are stainless steel they will not stretch they break. I haven't had any problems with mine at all. ... show more

  • Not good, poor design
Style Name: 20.5", with Rubber Rollers
The first time the boat hit one of these, the top came off leaving a metal bracket exposed to the paint of the boat. The top and bottom are only screwed on and the screw pulls out easily from the rubber. I bought another brand where the bolt runs the entire length and is held on by a nut at each end, a much better design. Of course, the return window closed quickly and I cannot get my money back ... show more

  • Zzzero Stars!! THESE ARE NOT GALVANIZED!!! FALSE ADVERTISING
Style Name: 40", White PVC
The U-Bolts they give you are cheaply made. They are too small to hold. The compression bracket bends so easily, then you end up having to weld the bracket on which then it becomes non-adjustable. But the major problem with these is they are not galvanized. There's not even a coating on the inside of these things at all... At all!!! I bought a set last year and this year, I just had to order another set to replace them because they were already rusted through from the saltwater use. I made sure this set said that they were galvanized because I wasn't sure last year. But sure enough, they said galvanized! But they are far from it. The insides of the tubing is not even painted. I doubt the cheap coding they put on these is even cold applied. Looks like DTM enamel. If you are using these in salt water, don't waste your time! You will be replacing them in a year or less. Unless you are going to take these somewhere and have them hot dipped, don't waste your money. ... show more

  • Excellent Quality
Style Name: 40", White PVC
I was initially nervous as the tubes only slide onto the metal bars, with no fasteners to hold them on. I haven't had any issues with it after several trips to the lake. Having guide posts is SO nice, especially when putting the boat on the trailer with any wind. Keeps things aligned!

  • This is for the 46" Aluminum square tubing version only. Not bad!
Style Name: 46", Aluminum Trailer Guide ons
So there is very little information on the 46" Aluminum Tube version out there so I thought I would fill some in. These are indeed thick walled aluminum tubing. Probably about 3 to 4mm thick or .15" roughly so they are substantial and stiff. Being aluminum water will not hurt them, even salt water much. They are unfinished. The tubing is 1.5" square from measurements. A 2" schedule 40 pvc pipe will fit right over them and rotate fairly easily so that is good. Nice way to prevent damage to your boat when it rubs against them loading or unloading. The bracketry provided is not aluminum but is galvanized. It is really designed for smaller trailers without standing platforms behind the fenders and just a frame member to bolt around. Would not work for my trailer. I'm going to have to make custom brackets to mount them to my platforms. The hardware/ubolts provided are not very strong and I will not be using them. There is a welded on tab partway up the tube vertical designed to keep the pvc tubing from sliding all the way down I would imagine. It is very sharp cornered and will need to have the corners ground off or it will surely draw alot of blood at some point on some part of your body. I think the brackets provided would have worked for me if there were two or more of them. They are only about 5" long and just don't grab enough length of the horizontal part of the tubes to hole them from twisting or bending if they take a good hit from the boat on windy days. The need to be about 12" long at least for me and I will make mine that long minimum. The are bent at 90 degrees also instead of slightly canted out which would have been a better design. I may try to open up the bend slightly on mine, not sure if I could even bend that aluminum tubing tho. It is STIFF!. Overall the actual poles are good but the mounting hardware not so much which seems to be the consensus for these kits. I've taking off two stars for the mounting system being kind of half baked. However there are just not that many good options to buy out there short of having something custom made and welded in. Hope this helps somebody. ... show more

  • Falls Apart
Style Name: 20.5", with Rubber Rollers
The guides installed easily and worked well the first few times. After using them on my boat trailer a few times, I noticed the rubber top and bottom caps were only held on by small 1in screws ran into the rubber of the big main cylinder. They started to unscrew on their own when the boat rubbed against them. They unscrewed instead of spun on the bracket. I just made a habit of screwing them back in after pulling my boat out. That worked okay for a while, however, I just finished pulling my boat across the state for a trip. Upon arriving, I noticed that one of the top caps was missing. It unscrewed itself while traveling down the road. Without the top cap, the main center cylinder is not retained. I will remove the rubber roller completely and install a carpeted board instead. Not worth the $80 these cost me. ... show more
