Versed is my go to! I love the large size as well, as our local store only carries the small version. It sinks into my skin quickly, does not feel heavy or greasy and leaves skin soft. No unpleasant smell or ingredients. I hopr Versed continues to make this product.

I have oily skin and this moisturizer works pretty well. The only downside is if I apply too much, it's a bit sticky until it dries. But it's buildable, so using a little at a time keeps that from happening. Sometimes I feel like it doesn't hydrate quite enough, but I think that's because we are entering winter and my skin is usually a bit drier this time of year. ... show more

I have another gel cream that is made by La Roche at twice the cost of this one that leaves a strange stickiness. Gel cream by Versed is just wonderful. I've read many articles about it before purchase. And the hype is real. Super hydrating yet not greasy or sticky. I purchased the larger size, but so you know, a little product goes a long way! this moisturizer did feel light weight, didn't add greasiness but didn't really protect my skin from getting greasier either. That tells me it's not as moisturizing as it could be. I typically needed to layer another moisturizing product to really get what I needed. I got it during winter time, if you know skincare you typically need to layer a bit more during this time of the year anyway, but that is why it is a 3 star. it is just a moisturizer. Honestly, this is a no-frills basic moisturizer but it's exactly what my fussy acne-prone, oily, and also sensitive skin needs. If you identify with this skin type then I highly recommend it. It's similar in feel to the Neutrogena HydroBoost but better because it doesn't include fragrance! It goes on smoothly, wears well under makeup, and sinks in quickly. It's never stung around my eyes like some moisturizers do either. Great for any skin in the summer if you want something lightweight or layerable with things like SPF, but is a year round staple for oily girls like myself.
