I'm all about storing things away out of site yet looks more neat so this was a must in my house. It was so easy unfold but swear it was a pain trying to get it to fold back down so expect it to be a bit of a pain taking it down and putting it up again often. However once you get it out and put the bottom down it looks like a regular little chest. The top goes on by Velcro don't expect the Velcro to do much it practically mine as well be fore looks because I can life the top off and on in seconds even after velcroing it on. So if your using this to like keep kids out of something this will not work. Also if you go to move this make sure that you pick up the side handles you pick it up any other way even empty and its wobbly and feels like its gonna break. Another thing to keep in mind if there is anything with weight in it put it where you want it first then put the weight in it but don't expect to pick it up if its too heavy without messing it up. I think visually this does what I needed covers the clutter I don't want seen but I would definitly not use this as a way to move items or store too heavy of things if I plan to move them. I still give 4 stars because to me it does what it promises I just mentioned the other stuff just in case someone wanted to use it differently. ... show more

We had extra blankets sitting in a cardboard box. This nice looking storage box works very well at storing our extra blankets. It is pretty deep, so you can store pretty many in there depending on fluffiness of the blankets, of course. This storage box is basically like a larger version of those smaller cloth storage boxes. They are somewhat flimsy, but it does stay up just fine for our purpose. The cover just velcro's on top, so it will come off super easily, and I imagine eventually the velcro will wear out. I asked my husband to assemble this box, and to my surprise it was done within a minute. He said you basically just open up the box. I'd say the price is right when you compare to the smaller versions of this type of a storage box. I am overall happy with this product, and I would recommend it. ... show more

This storage chest looks nice and is easy to assemble. It is great for light weight storage. It has handles on either side, but I wouldn’t try to carry this with any significant weight inside or it will warp the bottom or sides. It is advertised as a toy box, but my kids would destroy this in no time and they’re all over the age of ten. I plan to use it to store blankets in the living room. If you are faced with a room over run with stuffed animals, doll clothes, and matchbox cars, this extra-large, lidded storage box will corral the chaos and you should be able to move it need be, because the box itself is quite light weight. The lid attaches to the sides of the box with Velcro tabs. Tends to be a little loose, the lid, but it's not really a problem as this is holding box, not made for a cross country move or attic storage with stuff piled on top. The chest is lightweight and sturdy and fits quite a number of things. You can easily store it on top of a shelf or in the corner of a room. I’m not fond of the Velcro “lid” tho- it easily gets unhinged when you open it and I can see children getting frustrated at it.

This is a fine storage bin. Sure it’s not the best quality but for $18 it’s perfect. I plan to use this in a closet for things my baby has outgrown so I won’t be opening it and closing it. I think that’s the best use for this bin.

Easy to build. Enough storage to hide things away. Not the sturdiest but will be great for my needs to store extra clothes away that aren't in season.
