  • ***Updated Review 01/23/2023 Vepose customer service is amazing!
Size: 8.5 Color: 960 Black
***Updated Review 01/23/2023 The seller reached out to me over the weekend regarding the issue of the broken zipper. They assured me their boots are of good quality. They offered to make things right by sending a brand new replacement pair. The shipping was extremely fast. I received the boots today. This new pair I received are much more comfortable than the other pair and I'm excited to try them out again. The seller was so kind and understanding. They never asked for me to change my review. They only asked I give them another try. I wish more sellers here on Amazon cared as much about their product and customer satisfaction as this seller does. I did go up half a size on the replacement boots and they feel a lot better. I'm giving these boots and the seller 5 stars for the boots and for their customer service. Thank you Vepose! ***Original Review So, I accidentally purchased two of these because I was adding and deleting items from my cart several times. Anyway, one was for my daughter so I thought I'd just keep the other one for myself. The material part of the boot that goes up your calf is thin. I would imagine this is going to eventually tear and separate from the foot part just from pulling it up when you're initially putting it on. The first day I wore it, it wasn't too bad. The second day, the boot for my left foot developed a crease across the top, so everytime I take a step with my left foot, the crease will fold and put painful pressure on my foot. The bottom of the boot seems to handle walking on ice and slippery surfaces pretty well. They're not super warm, but good enough for running errands. Just don't expect to go trekking through the mountains in the snow and expecting these to keep your feet warm long term. They do look pretty good and for the overall price they're good, minus the crease that has developed on the left boot. My daughter's boots haven't developed any creases so far, so I guess I just got a bad boot. I give it 6/10. ***Updated review 1/18/2023 I'm changing my review and dropping three more stars off. Zipper broke this morning when I tried to zip one of the boots up. The handle of the zipper that you grab onto to pull the zipper up completely broke off. I'm really disappointed because they barely lasted a month and we just got a lot of snow yesterday and it's still snowing. Now I don't have any snow boots. ... show more

  • Super Cute Boots!
Size: 8 Color: 960 Black
Wore these boots for the first time today and I am really pleased with them! They're super cute and I received several compliments. They look like really expensive fashion boots and fit just right. I usually wear an 8 to 8-1/2, but ordered these in an 8 and they fit just right, even with thick wool socks. I find them quite comfortable. While my foot is not a wide, I do like a roomy toe box. These are roomy enough in the toe area, but if you have a wide toe area, you might want a half size larger. I also like that the heels don't ride up when I walk. That was a turn-off in some other boots I tried. The fur at the top of the boot is very attractive and there's not too much of it, so it looks expensive and sophisticated. These are definitely fashion boots that are also water resistant (I spoke to the manufacturer about this). I won't be wearing them to stomp around in deep snow. You need something waterproof for that. But I will wear them when it's snowing or raining. I highly recommend these very attractive boots. Excellent for the money! ... show more

  • Super Comfy But Not For Wide Feet
Size: 8.5 Color: 960 Black
Pros: These are super soft inside and have good, grippy tread on the bottoms. They’re cute and would probably be comfortable for most people. Great price, too. Cons: Sadly, I have to return them because they are too narrow for my wide duck feet. Also, you might need inserts, as there’s not much padding in the footbed. Bottom line: I recommend these if you have normal-width feet. If you’re on the fence about size, order smaller. Even though these were too narrow for me, lengthwise, I could’ve gone down a half-size from my usual. ... show more

  • GREAT value for the price.
Five stars from me, for style and overall value and fit. Regarding my tons of shoes, I predominantly wear an 8.5. Sometimes I wear an 8, and in winter boots (like Merrell or Sorel) I wear a 9. After browsing so many reviews stating to DOWNsize from one's regular size or to order one's regular size , I winged it and went with my regular size of 8.5. This was spot-on, while allowing a little room for thick socks if I wanted, but also still fine without. You will likely want to add an insole, because after my couple all-day wears running errands, they were very slightly uncomfortable around the balls of my feet; but not enough to regret buying these (note the 5* rating). They are NOT insulated down the shank or around the foot, so make sure you plan for other ways to keep your feet warm in these. I wore thick socks and also wore thin leg warmers around my skinny calves. These boots DO keep my feet quite dry. Both times I have worn these so far, I was walking around in snow and sloppy , dirty slush and my feet remained dry all day. The material cleans up very easily from mud or dirt. The zip-up sides makes it easier for me with my delapidated old body and spine to get on and off. Important is that the TREAD is really nice for an inexpensive boot, and for our Alaskan perpetual ice-laden winters here. In some reviews, a couple people complained about the zipper rubbing their ankles a bit. I have skinny calves, so I just bunched down knee socks and there was no rubbing. (There really was no rubbing anyway for me.) Another solution if you purchase these and find that they do rub on your own ankles, is to put a chunk of thick batting into your sock where the boot's rub-spot is; and eventually it will adjust and you will be able to cease doing that - as I learned from having to do this with a pair of fashion boots once that I purchased from a local store. Overall, I am VERY happy with this purchase. They are extremely CUTE, fashionable, and have a fantastic tread for affordable boots. Regarding warmth - if you want something pre-insulated for sub-zero weather, you are just going to have to break down and buy the name-brand outdoor boots. But THESE - I LOVE them - great value for the money spent; and I will buy again if they end up making them in other colors. ... show more
