I recently bought some blackout curtains but light was seeping in from the sides. This velcro is simple to use and did the job; keeping the edges of the curtain in place with no light leaking through. I ended up needing to adjust the Velcro. Although the adhesive is strong, it can be removed to be andjusted and did not damage the paint. Some residue was leftover but nothing that was a bother. I got it to extend sticky strap on some sandals. Had to sew the soft strips into place because the sticky didn't adhere. Then the straps stuck.

    • Keeps the Pet Seat Cover in Place, Even When the Top is Down

The rear seat of my car is designed so that there is no place to secure the front of the pet seat cover. As a result, within moments, the dogs manage to completely uncover the seat bottom, rendering the cover useless. In addition, when the top is down and the dogs aren't on the seat, the cover would billow up like a parachute. I tried using the Velcro Industrial Strength tape, but it would not stick well to the fabric bottom of the car seat cover. So I decided to give this a try, not very optimistic that it could withstand the antics of my dogs. I thought the designation as a fabric tape was more of a marketing ploy (like that aspirin company that markets the exact same product in different packages specialized for various ailments). To my pleasant surprise, this tape is working great. I did let it cure for 24 hours before giving it the dog test. It has withstood both the pacing dogs and the wind, without moving at all. My only complaint is that you get very little for the price. I did use two packs to make sure I had an effective solution. ... show more

This velcro is just perfect replacement for zipper that usually breaks off and hard to zip up. I bought this because my dog’s puffer jacket’s zipper broke off and i don’t want to throw it just like that. So i figure what if i get a velcro as a replacement. It works just perfect!!! As the title says, it was perfect for putting patches on a jersey. I simply had to unwrap the package, cut the velcro to the desired length, press it on the jersey and do the same thing on the patch.
