This product is amazing to say the least. I'm gonna assume my use of it would be abnormal, but I needed to leave my cats over at my family's place for a week or so, but since they have four dogs, and 16 chickens, and also lots of places for my cats to get lost in, I had to think of something. I then came across this, and what really caught my attention was the 360 degree spinning gates at the bottom of the front. Super nifty for being able to refill food and water bowls without having to actually go inside of the cage. Needed to be enough room for 3 cats, a litter robot, and a cat scratcher. Bought this product in January 2024 by February 2024 had to take it down . The quality of the welding was so poor that less than a month the welding at the joints was cracking and had separated in several pieces. My dog was able to escape the kennel several times. I reached out to the manufacturer for a refund. My pictures, invoice, and several attempts to get a satisfactory answer did nothing and they have not replied to my last email requesting a partial refund at minimum. After my initial email to amazon and to the manufacturer, this company replied asking for part numbers snd quantities which I responded to with a lengthy explanation of my concerns over this product. These are the pictures I sent the Company but it was not enough for them and they asked for more detailed pictures. I replied that the information and pictures with my proof of purchase should be enough to prove my problem. They have ignored my last email and refund requests. ... show more

    • Protection while outside.
Puppies are very inquisitive. When outside if I can’t watch then for a few minutes I put them in this kennel. It keeps them protected and has two water bowls to keep them hydrated.
