I installed these on my SeaStar hydraulic steering system this weekend. Found this sized item works but is very tight on the steering shafts of my system. They stayed place great, but really struggled to get them on or off. The sizing was for my Seastar System, but be sure to check the shaft diameter of your system before ordering. I have a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter steering shaft from Seastar, and I should have gotten a larger sized set. They do work well and length of fit is really good. ... show more

Been using other brand very cheap materials. Broke off after some use or rough handling. Came across this lock that looks good. Got it and loves it. I’d to modify it a bit because it little long. Otherwise happy with the purchased!

These steering stabilizers work extremely well. They are designed to work on a hydraulic steering system, but with a little shimming can work with cable steering. Engine listing from side to side is forever cured with these! They fit very snug when new and slightly loosen up over time, which is ideal for removal. If you need to keep your engine straight will transporting, these will do it! ... show more
