She has been amazing walking me though it all and even sending a brand-new phone which came in 2 days! I was truly impressed! She didn't give up on me, so I refused to give up on my end. My 4 yr. Old Granddaughter just LOVES this phone! She Won't leave the house without it! Thank you, Rebecca!! I cannot figure out how to download music for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The instruction is useless. I called Amazon, the rep could not really tell me anything and promised me a call back from technical support within an hour, the call never came! I called the next morning, I got a bit further after being on the phone for 45 minutes with a promise call back to where I work, Again NEVER got that call. I tried to Seach for a video to help me with this phone, NO luck. I may just send the phone back and get one local. I do a lot of business with Amazon, disappointed in them! I got this Kids Smart Phone Toy for my 4-year-old, and overall, it’s a decent toy but has some drawbacks. Pros: The design is really cute, especially with the mermaid theme. My child loved the look of it right out of the box. The dual camera is a fun feature, and my little one enjoys taking pictures and pretending to be just like mom and dad. The touchscreen is large and responsive enough for small hands, making it easy for kids to navigate. Cons: The built-in music player function is good but it doesnt have any preloaded songs, though it would be better if more songes are preloaded. The sound quality is not the best. It’s a bit tinny, which can get annoying after a while. The preloaded apps are very basic, and there’s not much variety. My child lost interest after a short time. ... show more

Most of the features are games that are educational. The Camera could take pictures and also videos. You will have to connect to the internet through Wifi , like a real smart phone, before many apps could be downloaded and played. The instruction is not very detail and I need to figure it out. Tab the Wifi symbol at the top right, enter the default password 0000, click the check mark at the right, then select your network and enter the password. Once connected to the Internet, some features like MONTESSORI and STEM will have many games downloaded and show up. To play MUSIC, need to connect the charging cable to a PC. Tab the "Connected as a Media Device" at the center of the screen, and select Media device (MTP). In the PC look for a folder call "full_b906" / device Storage / Music. Copy some .mp3 files into this Music folder. The sound quality is very good and the volume could be controlled using the two side buttons. You could tab and see the playlist, with names of songs, and you could select by scrolling the list up and down, pretty much like a real smart phone. Cons: The screen is not very large but the menu is quite close to each other. You will need a tiny finger or a stylish pen to select and enter letters (like password). Overall: It is educational, safe to play as it has parental control. The apps / games are from various sectors. Set up was a bit of a pain, without clear instructions. Furthermore, I had some trouble getting the phone to turn on, even after it was fully charged. However, once it was ready to go, my 4 year old enjoyed it. I have been going through the games on the phone with her, so she can become drawn to more educational apps. This phone has been great at keeping her attention during drive time or just keeping her occupied for a few minutes while I am doing something else. The size and thickness of the phone works for smaller hands and is easy to hold onto. The casing is intended to withstand dropping. Clarity is good for the games and works for the child, but text is small for administrative tasks I need to perform, like inputting Wi-Fi information.
