I took out my leaking dishwasher and need something to put there. I chose this because it also provides extra storage in my tiny kitchen. Just got the product today. It arrived with one corner almost snapped off and a big crack in the middle of that same piece. I was so excited to put this together because I live in a tiny apartment… I don’t have a way to return this. The box on the outside was fine so it had to have happened when it was packaged. :( I haven’t even looked at the rest of the pieces, just opened it up and instantly saw this. Also annoying because I had to carry this up the steps all the way to the top floor of my apartment building and it’s heavy. ***Update:*** I ended up emailing the company themselves - separate from Amazon - with my pictures and order number and they ended up sending me a new top piece! I didn’t have to do anything else other than give them my address and wait. The new piece came extremely well packed. I added 3 stars. I’m still deducting a star because 1. The piece arriving broken was still inconvenient, and I had to wait another week to get the new piece, and 2. It is a little difficult to put together and the instructions are a little bit difficult. I put it together backwards at first but luckily for me it was fairly easy to get it put back together the right way. Also, the welds look so bad, but you’re not going to notice them unless you’re looking right at it. You get what you pay for - but it is still a sturdy piece that will last if you take care of it and don’t overload it with stuff. Customer service is definitely a 5/5 stars though. ... show more
