This dog bed is a lightweight foam with a fluffy covering you can remove to wash. It does inflate once you take it out of the packaging, but even after 48 hours, it is not 3 inches thick like it should be. The pictures make it look thicker/more cushioned. But it is comfy and my 74-pound dog likes it. Have already washed the covering once and it is still nice and fluffy. It has also withstood some digging/rooting by a pit/bulldog mix and a hound mix and they didn’t rip it, so that’sa plus.

Absolutely love the dog bed. It was slightly smaller than what I though it would be and doesn’t fully fit in the crate as well as I was hoping it would. However, that’s more of an error on my part. Still a wonderful dog bed and my pet loves it

This made my puppy feel more comfortable in his crate. It’s also very easy to clean. I would be cautious of cleaning the inner cover, my family made the mistake of throwing that in the washer and it did not make it. Again very happy with it and super easy to clean.

For the price, it’s a decent bed. It is memory foam so don’t expect it to be fluffy and soft. One side has a “warm” affect that is furry and the other side is a “cooling” affect with more of a mesh material. Both my dog (maltese) and cat love it and use it. We got it as an extra bed for my dog when she is crated but it wound up in our living room and since both of our animals seem to like it and use it, we keep it there now. Out of the package it is flat but after about two days it gets to full size.
