Update: I called customer service and we tried to troubleshoot the problem. We couldn’t fix it and the ended up replacing it. We brought new note stickers on the keys because my daughter is using this to practice her lessons. This is a wonderful and cute keyboard. It was great when it worked. I brought this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old. 2 months later it just stopped working and I don’t know why. It still turns on and everything but there’s no sound anymore. ... show more

We ordered this keyboard for our 6 year-old to begin learning piano. The keyboard has great features like light-up keys and size of the keys help for her age. The synthesizer is a definitely fun. Great follow-up from the vendor on our experience

I ordered two of these keyboard for my twins’ big Santa gifts. They were easy enough to assemble. The headphones advertised as included were not, in fact, included. And the microphone is plastic. One of the the keyboards has working light up keys, but the other one the lights don’t work. You can imagine how well that goes over with twins. My boys have played piano for 4 years - so can play actual music on them - they haven’t played with all of the different sounds yet, but so far the tone is pretty tinny. I definitely knew I wasn’t getting a Roland or a Yamaha - but I am disappointed given the reviews I read were decent, and there were other keyboards that included headphones and the stool as well for about the same cost and similar reviews. ... show more

I am a big fan of this brand. They make great entry level musical instruments that have a proper sound. So you can really test whether or not you like or want to learn an instrument without spending hundreds of dollars. The sound and functionality of every Vangoa instrument i have is good enough that its fun. An issue you have with some cheap models is that they are unplayable, which keeps people from wanting to learn more. You will not have this issue with Vangoa. I've had keyboards in the past and none were quite so user-oriented. I want to first say I like the fact that they designed the keyboard white so that the owner can go to town making it theirs with paint or markers or whatever they desire. I REALLY like that feature and haven't ever seen it before. The price was great because competitors are asking almost double and more. I wanted a keyboard to play rhythm for me while I play bass or the guitar. It's great for that and even has some other features like recording and songs it's already set up to play for you that are beneficial for the same reasons. If you aren't looking for some complicated, expensive, too-many buttons, keyboard, than go with this one. It's great and durable and you can make it yours so nobody can steal it!!
