It's a box of Vandoren reeds. If you've ever bought a box of reeds, you know the boxes aren't guaranteed perfection. Out of the five reeds, three of them worked great and the other two were duds straight out the wrapper. This box of them seemed to wear out faster than ones I've bought in stores, and I don't know if that has to do with the way they are stored prior to shipping or not. Amazing quality reeds, keep in mind if your starting you should shoot for a 2. I bought a 3 and they were a little too firm for me and took a while to break in, but they make a great tone and should you care for your reeds properly these will last some time.
