These are over priced, go to the actual site and get them because these are way over priced. the tracking on these are spotty as well and the seller ignored all my issues with this product.

I had this in my "to buy" list for a while as I needed another station for a project. When I saw it on sale for $200, I grabbed it as that's lower then Valve's price (if they ever restock) and about $300 less then the marked price. It took some time to get here, but it did. I bought these through Steam. I had an issue with one of them, but they were able to send me a replacement. Otherwise, these have worked great with the Valve Index headset.

    • Connector received damaged on one of two units.
Hello, I'm trying to reach support, however the Amazon interface is blocking me from making a real report. The power connector on the cable is damaged on one of the two units I received. Because the latch is missing it will not stay seated. When used with the second unit's power supply cable it seams to work just fine. How can we rectify this or do you just want me to send the whole unit back? ... show more

    • Unfortunately can't get it working...
Ever since I've bought it I've had issues. At first it seemed like it'd work but after a few minutes it'd start acting up. Thankfully it's the third base station 2.0 that I own, so I just thought, oh well, until I figure out what's wrong I'll work with what I have. Only I never figured out was wrong. Recently pulled it off the wall and thoroughly inspected it only to realize that now it only turns on for a few seconds and then just flashes red and shuts down again. I honestly don't want to throw it out as these are super hard to come by, I'd rather just have it repaired but I have idea who on this planet could repair a base station 2.0 and what to do... if you buy this off of amazon you're gunna be out of luck. ... show more
