It is a product that I love because I have never had any problems with skin irritation, in any of its presentations. Being that it was only a small dent, decided to keep it anyways bcuz of it's double side and still and excellent quality brand. At least I know this thermos can withstand these kinds of abuse. I take comfort in the fact that my thermos will definitely survive damages and still remain a long lasting product. Kudos!
