These are beautiful darts! It took me a few minutes to get used to the weight of the darts (they're heavier than the standard ones that came with my dartboard, but feel like an average weight), but after a few throws I got a handle of them! At first it was a little hard to control them. The set looks beautiful and of very good quality. I love that there are so many darts in the set with extra flights. I can finally play with other people and not have to constantly hand the darts back and forth. I like holding onto my own darts in between throws. 😊 Also, I like the simplicity of the case. Although, I would like to be able to just leave the flights on at all times for ease and you can't fit these into the tube with the flights on...but I realized it's not going to matter because I wouldn't be taking these anywhere. I don't know anyone who has a cork dartboard and the bars all use plastic tip darts for their boards. So all is good! I'll keep them at home. 😊 ... show more

The cannister/tube these were shipped in was a surprise. All the darts and flights were neatly packed inside a velvet-like pouch inside the tube. All the sharp tips had protective sleeves. Balance is good, appears to be very good quality. Since I just received them, I can't vouch for durability yet, but I'll update good or bad later. Update: 7/2024. Not sure how I gave this 1 star before. Mistake. Anyways - good quality and holding up well. maybe a partial star off due to the upper and lower parts of the dart assembly will loosen up so you have to check and tighten regularly. This is a great starter kit and would be a still be a great value at twice the price. The slots in the shafts are very tight and I messed up a flight trying to install but there are an extra set of flights included. They fly straight and since they come with five sets, the whole family can play at the same time. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

I bought these to give to my Father in Law because every time i'm over, we play darts! And as anyone knows, when playing often, the darts will eventually show wear, whether that is the plastic feathers splitting, the plastic cracking, the tips getting dull, pieces missing, etc. This kit is awesome. These are brass barreled, and quite resilient to drops and slams. The feathers are pretty standard plastic feathers, they do sport some neat designs as well. We also haven't had a huge issue with the barrels unscrewing themselves as you would run into with other cheap dart kits, but these do have the holes to use to tighten them up if need be. The kit all comes in a nice carrying bag with a dart sharpening stone! I bought this and also bought the set that costs a little less with the plastic barrels, and would gladly buy both again. These have and will provide(ed) hours of fun and I can't wait to keep playing! ... show more

I admit I wasn't expecting much for the price of these Darts, but my Grandsons were coming to visit, and I needed "Darts that wouldn't cost me a Fortune if Destroyed" ;) . When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! As the Included Pictures Show, these Darts are a Uniform 18 Grams, with VERY LITTLE deviation in weight between Darts out to two decimal places. The Center of Gravity is exactly at the Rearward Indented Ring on each Dart. An O-Ring keeps the Flight-Shaft Securely Tightened against the Forward Barrel, and the Flight-Shaft has a "Tightening Hole" through it to help tighten the two pieces (See Pictures). The Included Flights APPEAR to be "One Flat Piece of Plastic/Nylon", but they are actually "Two Pieces", Plasti-Welded in the Center, which can be grabbed with a fingernail and folded open into an "X" Shape, to be slipped into the end of the Flight-Shafts. (Pictures) I think some people who are confused by "how to put the Flights into the Flight-Shafts" are missing this point. Again, VERY Pleasantly Surprised! Hope this Helps People when they buy these Darts. ... show more
