Arrived on time, snowing today arrived yesterday as promised! Install took about 10 minutes as I did everything by myself up to the point of tightening the nuts. Using blue tape (2 pieces) I first taped the hollow threaded tube on the inside to hold in place while I loosely installed the jam nuts and washers on the outside. I then used the tape to hold the arm in place until I had the arm started. Tip 1: For me, ultimately I had < 1/2" on the outside but leaving it very loose helped with installation of the wiper arm. Tip 2: I used a medium sized flathead screwdriver to hold the arm halfway open against the spring pressure. If you look underneath the arm is sprung & cammed to be full pressure down on the windshield. Place the flathead between the spring and arm housing at the intersection of the pivot point under the cammed piece that the handle attaches to. Slide the screwdriver in/out until you're about halfway open. Pretty easy to use the screwdriver to hold the arm halfway open in, to facilitate putting the arm on the handle without having to fight the spring, basically holding the arm halfway open. No need to fight the spring tension! Too much open and there's no room to put the nut on the arm, much less the 10mm wrench, due to the cover. Find that happy medium and the installation is cake! 10mm for the arm nut,17mm for the jam nuts. Do Not Overtighten! It's Chinese bronze! Snug is good enough! Honestly, The only reason I wasn't done in less time was finding the right depth for the threaded tube. More tube outside vs. Inside the window sets less/more tension on the spring arm took some trial and error. We shall see how it holds up long term. The only weakness that I see is the arm/handle connection point. Worst case, I can fashion my own handle if need be, once it warms up. I can also keep a spare handle in the vehicle. The arm to blade connects with what appears to be the typical J-Hook that all my vehicles use, so blade replacement should be easy. FWIW, at $8 each, I spend more than that on a wiper blade replacement, so the value for cost is excellent! ... show more

    • Work well but with small flaws
This wiper setup is built well and all components are of pretty good quality. I have an aftermarket cage on my RZR with a custom window for it, so I had a non typical installation. A little modification in this case is to be expected. I got holes drilled in my surround panel and everything installed fairly quickly. I had to do a little trimming on wiper blades for them to fit, but these look like they'll just standard off the shelf blades you can get at any auto parts store so next time I'll just get a little shorter blades. The caps that cover where the arms attach to the post seem a little flimsy, so may not hold up super long, but we'll see. My only gripe was that the arms are offset, but are both offset the same direction. This made them easy to line up/install on one side, but didn't line up at all in the other. If there was a left/right bend it would have been much easier. Again, my install was more custom and that might work for a standard/factory window, but it didn't for me. All and all a very nice setup, and I look forward to not having to reach around with a rag to wipe my windows now! ... show more

    • Decent way to keep the windshield clear of dirt and water.
Install was a little challenging, I put this on the windshield of our UTV and it will work to keep the windshield clear. I installed this through the frame of the windshield using some holes already in the frame. The most difficult was getting the depth of the unit set and then installing the final nut. Once installed it is pretty solid and moves freely. Easy to use, and keeps the glass mostly clear, good thing is it gets the dirt off before it has a chance to harden. ... show more

Nice set for my RZR 570. One blade covers almost the entire windshield, so I only installed one, and kept one as a spare. Did not come with directions, but install was self explanatory, took less than 15 minutes to install. At under $16, I think this is an excellent price for 2 wipers. The wiper blades are standard j-hook, so they will be easy to replace in the future. Exactly what I needed for my little side-by-side! Would also fit larger and smaller vehicles and golf carts as long as you can drill the hole in a good location. Recommended! ... show more
