The product itself looks fine, - I couldn't fully open because it was purchased as a gift for this weekend. However, the courier seems to have taken revenge on the box/bag carrier because it came ripped, sadly. I did my best to create a makeshift repair, since the inner contents were unscathed. On the bright side, my child seems to think the gift is still super cool and is begging for one of his own 😊 I suppose the moral of the story is to purchase this! But maybe not at the last second if gifting, in case the storage bag comes damaged. ... show more

I purchased the Utex 8 in 1 (yellow, red, blue green) play tent. My 3 year old grandson is tall so as he crawls through it (at turbo speed) it tends to hang up on his back, pulling the "tunnel" out of the pop up corner pieces. I don't see this as a problem as it is only held together with 2 ties on either side so it can leave gaps around the edges. I also purchased the 400 balls to go inside. The balls can come out around the tunnel edges. I'm sure if the child is careful, this would not be an issue. By the time my grandson was done playing (with his 10 month old sister), we had balls everywhere (both from coming out of the edges and from throwing them) but who cares? They had a blast, picked up the balls and can't wait to get back in it again. It comes with stakes to tie it down outside, mine was set up in an enclosed porch where it will remain for the summer. I think they will get a lot of use out of it. Do you need the balls? Probably not, but that just adds to the fun! ... show more

We were so excited when we ordered this because my 4 year old granddaughter loves tents. We set it up in the front lawn, because the grass was tall and we thought it would be neat for her. All went well, we staked it down carefully and she was just crawling through it in circles giggling and laughing, poking her head up. We camp, and set up tents for markets where we sell things we grown and make...so we know how to stake things down properly. However, one small gust of wind blows and the corner of one of the pieces that had the roll up doorway just ripped right up tearing the tab off completely. How utterly annoying since we paid A LOT of money for this product. Now it flies into the air when the slightest little wind blows. What am I supposed to do? Just take it away from her and tell her she can't have it because it tore? She's already stuck home alone all day due to COVID 19. I paid $64.99 for this item, and it tore the very first time it was used. And now I see it's selling for only $48?!? Yeah, I'm not even sure I will buy any other kids stuff from Amazon again. Definitely not from this seller because I feel utterly stupid for buying this product with the price being so high...I would return it, but like I said, I can't just take her toy away from her, she still doesn't fully understand why she can no longer go to Burger King's play yard every week to play with her little friends...how cruel would that be? ... show more
