I’ve been looking for one like this forever and didn’t want to pay much. So I started w/the cheaper ones and they were all junk. The twisty ones always broke and there wasn’t much in them. This one is perfect. Worth the money. Put on after powder or foundation, then powder again, then add lipliner and lipstick. Will last all day long and NO FEATHERING! I’ve been using the color 1993 for years and I love it. The pink-brown tone is a couple shades darker than my lip color but blends perfectly when paired with a lip gloss. It goes on smoothly and, like UD’s eyeliners, doesn’t smudge. I have very pale skin and this doesn’t make me look vampy - I wear it for office makeup every day. Since it’s so neutral I think it could be good on any skin tone. I have somewhat thin lips and this makes them look fuller and more defined. I add a clear plumping lip gloss for a natural look and a darker lipstick or stain for a going out look. I will note I keep it in my purse as I have to re-apply it throughout the day after eating, but I prefer having to re-apply over using something that’s hard to take off if you make a mistake. ... show more

The color is very nice. It is not transfer resistant which I thought it was. The lipstick broke as I was putting it on and when I sharpened it the stick part had rough edges.

I wanted to like this product and was excited when it arrived. It seems to have melted in transit but was still relatively intact and seemed to be usable. When I went to put it on, the tip broke off with no pressure applied. Since it can't be sharpened and since it doesn't twist to reveal more of the lip liner, you are basically paying $25 for the tip. It *might* last a week under normal circumstances but definitely no more than that. There are many other lip liners and lip primers out there that are much less expensive and are better products that will last longer. Because of this experience, I will opt for other cosmetic brands from now on. For the record, I am not giving this a poor review because it melted. I'm giving this one star because there is SO LITTLE product for the price. ... show more
