Not only is the product great quality but their customer service is top notch!!! I bought this product to install on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and the package arrived very quickly. The packing was great and nothing arrived damaged. I did however end up upgrading to the ECU mount style catch can from UPR and that also arrived very quickly and had no damage. Super easy install, looks incredible, amazing customer service with very intelligent and friendly staff, and of course it has already started catching all the nasty blow-by oil! Install took maybe 10-15 minutes and anyone can do it. I was torn between UPR and Billet Technologies but am very glad I went with UPR and would recommend to anyone who wants a cleaner and healthier engine.
