  • Best metal tips I have purchased.
Color: Black
These nibs are great, and the added tip covers are nice as well, if you ise your Ape Pencil as much as I do and if you have a matte film on your screen for the enhanced writing texture that IMO greatly improves your handwriting and drawing abilities then you will notice that the nib tip covers do in fact quiet the friction noise but they wear out very quickly so I only use the tip covers when I need to cut down on the noise that accompany using an Apple Pencil on a matte film. This is great, however this isn’t even close to the best feature of these nibs. The best feature of the nibs is how they are designed, they have a small bulbous point that at first you think “oh that is to keep the tiny black covers on” but you soon realize if you own other metal tipped nibs that the small bulbousness is actually to keep the metal tip from wearing down and becoming sharp enough to cut your matte film or scratch your glass. In my first picture you can barely make out what appear to be scratches in the matte film when in truth they are micro cuts from my previous nibs, you can see in my second pic how the other metal tip(white one) has worn down and become sharp on the edges, you don’t realize this until you are writing or drawing and the nib catches on the screen almost like it skips but once you pull off the screen you realize it wasn’t a skip or a catch it was the nib micro-cutting the film Has have had to replace the matte film 3 times and the glass screen protector underneath it once due to this issue, the first time I thought that my matte film was just really scratched all over from use, I do a lot of writing and drawing, but when I replaced it, some of the “scratches” were all the way through the film that is when I realized that the nibs were making actual cuts not scratches and that was when I realized that in the exact same spots as these micro-cuts were physical scratches that could not be wiped away a good quality microfiber cloth. I am extremely happy with these and will be ordering them again, let’s hope Amazon doesn’t have to send them to me twice the next time, the first delivery was missing the product in the sealed packaging but they and the nib tip covers that come in the plastic card are tiny so I assumed that when the packager went to drop them in the plastic bag to send them to me the small box in pic 3 missed the opening and fell on the floor and the technician just didn’t catch it, something very easy to do. My only real criticism is that the tip covers need to be deployed differently (what that looks like I don’t know) and for $9.99+tax there needs to be at least 2 more nibs (total of 4) and twice as many tip covers based on how fast I am wearing them out. ... show more

  • Feels real smooth - but soooo hard to put on (Here's a tip that worked for me)
Color: Pink
The struggle is like no other i've seen - holy moly! I was determined to put these suckers on but as others have said: flimsy, hole is too small, but then it wouldn't be snug, poke a hole in your finger if you try and hold, etc. So what i did that worked almost immediately was as follows: I put a small piece of tape and folded it sticky part out (or use double sticky tape) and i placed it on the corner of the lid. Then i detached one of the nubs and dropped it on the tape. It will be a challenge to get it to stick with hole facing up. Once that is in that position then stick your pen into the hole and push against the corner of the lid. Hope that helps! ... show more

  • Worth it.
Color: Pink
My two worries were scratching and difficulty installing the very small black tip. Ok first thing, it doesn't scratch the screen protector on my iPad thankfully, it doesn't even leave lines or anything on it when I write so I would assume that as long as you put the little black cover on the tip it should be fine. As for my 2nd worry, I recommend you to use tweezers to put the small black cover on the tip otherwise it will be very difficult to put on the tip, just saying. Aside from that the writing is awesome so A+ in performance and overall it was just worth it if like me you're always writing. ... show more

  • Pretty good
Color: Pink
Worth the price. It’s precise and the tip I was looking for. Using the black tips over it was annoying to put on but it works well if you don’t like the tapping sound on the iPad and worried about scratching your screen overtime. FYI: it unscrews a little when you write so just be mindful of that cuz I’ve had it fall off while writing ... show more

  • Does not scratch
Color: Black
I used to have the apple tips but I did not like much because they were to thick and make my handwriting too bold. I have been trying multiple metal tips and they have scratched my screen protector. I have been using this metal tips without the silicone grip that comes with to put on and they have been working perfectly. The is no scratches, which is something I was looking for. ... show more

  • Not worth it if you're an artist, sensitivity and tilt function are worsened.
Color: Pink
Tried these out because I love a fine nib and thought digital lineart via apps such as ClipStudioPaint and Procreate would be more fun and accurate with a tinier nib. They work alright with analog brushes (meaning no tilt, pressure, or width variation) but for sketching with any other brushes, even coloring, it's a pain. The parallax goes off a lot if you tilt it a bit which makes it annoying for accuracy. So you have to try drawing straight on with the pen with a minimal angle in mind. The sensitivity is also quite bad in comparison to a normal nib. You'll see spikes in between pressure and the missing levels in-between needed for non-analog brushes to shine. You'll notice your brushed go from thin to thick to quickly with pressure, and it's not fun to remodify each brush's settings just for a nib. Little nibs you attach to it are also a pain to put on and wear out fast with any matte screen protector for drawing. So if you're an artist I would just stick with the original nibs your apple pen came with, none compare to it's durability and sensitivity levels. But if you're not an artist and have a smooth glossy surface for your ipad, just casual writing use, this might be great for you. ... show more

  • Nursing Student Recommended
Color: Black
I have tried so many different replacement tips for the Apple Pencil and I’ve been using these for the past year to take notes with for my nursing classes. I frequently ran into the problem of the tips being worn down fast. I also deal with sensory issues and this is the most real “pen-like” feel you can get. I pair mine with a paper-feel screen protector and it’s amped up my note taking tremendously. I’ve recommended these to so many classmates who ended up getting their own too. 10/10 ... show more

  • 鎖緊後依然有一條縫,無法閉緊
Color: Pink
Compare to the white one I bought from Temu which cost me $1, and this cost me $12, I don’t think it is worth. It can’t really fit my pen as you can see in my picture
