The internal diameter at the bar ends is 16mm--too narrow for Cane Creek bar-end brake levers. I wish this manufacturer had bothered to take that measurement in their description so I could have ordered the correct part.

Took a few trys to get all the parts together, but these bars ride great! Went with some end mounted break levers and did double wrapped bar tape for a great end result.
