    • Good for the price - Keep everything loose to get the pre-drilled holes to line up

The chair seems reasonably made for the price and does not contain flame retardant chemicals as a plus, however it was a bit strange to build as other reviews have mentioned. This is what worked for me: For the longer screws from the bottom cushion to the back cushion I had to pre-thread the bolts individually with the two cushions apart and then reline up the bolts with the cushions together. This allowed for the long bolts to thread easier when the cushions are together. The wood rocking rails along the bottom were perplexing as they look significantly off when everything is tightened down. What worked for me was to loosen every bolt on the metal legs along with the two longer cushion bolts. (Make sure to not loosen the bolts up to much as you will put tension on the rails to line everything up). I then threaded the rear wood rail bolts on each side (Rear C and D) and then stretched the front metal leg bracket to line up with the pre-drilled hole on the wood rail (Front C and D). It can help to have one person stretch the front metal rail to the hole and then a second person thread the front bolt into place. After all 4 wooden rocking rail bolts are threaded, tighten everything back down and the rails should settle into place. I was very close to drilling my own holes, but the above worked and the chair is stable and rocks well. Best of luck and hope this helps. ... show more

OK, first off, the pros: -Only comes with 6 pieces to assemble -Sturdy -Attractive fabric pattern -Competitive price Cons: -Very difficult to get pre-drilled holes in the back and seat to align. I really had to manhandle it and spend more time than reasonable on this part (and yes, I made sure the pieces were fit snugly together). The rest of the construction went smoothly. -Seat slopes/slants downward which is not comfortable -There is literally NO lumbar support, not ergonomically shaped -Too low to the ground -The slope of the seat and rockers don't make for comfortable rocking Overall, this is a nice "display" or accent piece for your home if you're on a budget; however, I don't think many (except children) would find this comfortable for sitting or rocking for very long. ... show more

I had issues with this chair. The holes are drilled poorly and are not aligned. I had to do a lot of work to be able to get this chair together. Would recommend to keep looking for another chair that is made better. It's also not as comfortable as I would have liked. There isn't much back support, I had to add a cushion. ... show more

This chair was cut incorrectly -- the holes that attach the wooden rocking legs to the base of the chair were at least 4 inches off. We tried multiple "creative ways" to attach them, and not even close. DO NOT BUY.

This chair would be fantastic if it went together like it should. The holes for the rocking legs are so poorly pre-drilled that it can’t be used as is.
