Essentially functions the same as the remote that came with the TV does. Feels cheap and weighs a lot less than the OE, but what can one expect for $10? As advertised, it worked with the TV right out of the box. So I have zero complaints.

When we first got the remote (in September) it was super easy to program to the tv and sound bar. It worked great until a few weeks ago when it just stopped working. I had to go in and reprogram it to the TV. Worked fine then it stopped working again, reprogrammed again and it worked. Now (December) it won't work the sound bar at all and occasionally doesn't work depending on the application you're using. The little red light on it just blinks at random too I have ordered a new Amazon remote and will save this one as a back up. I probably would not ordered this one again seeing as it only woked correctly for 2 months. It seems to be made well on the outside but it can look great and do nothing which isnt useful. ... show more

I just received both of these remote controls, and they work great. I thought it was my Samsung 43" TV going out on me but that was not the case. I had the extended warranty on my television set and replacing it would have been easy; I am glad that I did not have to do that. Great work Amazon.

Looks like an Amazon Fire product but it's not. I have a Amazon speaker for my TV and the remote does not turn it on or off like the Amazon Fire Cube Remote did. Everything else seems to work OK, but I wouldn't purchase it again.
