    • It works. It's that easy and simple to fix the issue I had.
I have an E90 335i and the radio wasn't working. Head unit turned on and worked fine, but there was no audio. I found a video on YouTube that explained how to diagnose the issue by checking all the optical connector points at places in the trunk. Through that I diagnosed that it was the Satellite Radio / Phone / Nav / Etc thing in the back under the trunk cover (silver box with wires), and then ordered a Optical loop off amazon. Once it arrived it took about 10 seconds to unclip the cord, install the optical loop and then I wrapped mine with electrical tape to secure it. Went back in the car and turned on the radio... SOUND! For the first time in about a year since I've had it in storage. This issue was relatively easy to diagnose (pray it's not your amp that's bad), was a low cost fix and the result worked. The stereo cutting in/out In my wife’s BMW 330i Has been the source of irritation for the last 2+ years. Our local BMW dealer quoted us $1100 to fix this issue, which I politely declined. Recently I stumbled across this fiber optic loop fix on YouTube and decided to purchase one. Directions were straightforward and very easy, even for someone like myself who HATES chasing electrical gremlins. In our car there was four modules that could be suspect so one by one we pulled the green connector and placed the fiber optics loop into that connection (which affectively bypasses that module from the system) and then checked to see if the stereo was again operating correctly. Went through the entire system and to my dismay the issue still persisted. I remember reading many reviews before I purchased this Fiber optics loop and it was mentioned that the gentleman (Adam) who Manufactures and sells this item Is very willing to help troubleshoot if need be. Matter-of-fact there’s also a small card that accompanies this fiber optic loop with contact information should you have a problem. I contacted Adam and within 20 minutes I received a text message and then a phone call. Honestly can’t even remember the last time I had a vendor contact me willing to help remedy a situation. Adam went through each step with me and while doing so I explained that over the last 24 months I had replaced a couple of the modules with used in an effort to remedy the situation. Adam explained to me that these pieces have to be coded correctly with the same identical software for them to function properly In the system. He advised me to put the old modules back into place and then troubleshoot the system again. Within 10 minutes of doing this found that the TCU module that also handles Bluetooth for the car was defective. I can honestly say in all my years I have never experienced customer service like I received from this gentleman in his company. Definitely owe him a huge debt of gratitude. Had audio issue with my bmw e92 and they helped get to the bottom of it. Either the product plug and play solves your issue. Or you reach out to seller and they will assist you further. Not too many sellers willing to go that extra mile!

Didn’t work for my car took all this stuff apart and still didn’t work had fuses checked all were fine. My loss because when I tried to send it back they wanted to give me less than I paid for it
