My teenage son absolutely loves the Burnt Wood scent. He said it's "dude-friendly". lol He asked for a bigger bottle of it, but I can't seem to find one on its own, which is unfortunate. These, in my opinion, are truly unisex. Some will disagree. These scents appeal to me, but some are woodsy, and you could argue on the masculine side. I prefer to see value in these for myself and have no issues suggesting these to a friend or relative interested in quality fragrances. Furthermore, I will not discount the appeal of these as a men's fragrance set; I will assert that men like my husband will not wear them. Many men are averse to wearing fragrances, and I have even noticed that in more recent years that fewer people I have come across wear perfumes and colognes. This product is something that, if used judiciously, might be appreciated and even encouraged, especially by the opposite sex. I love to wake up all my senses and experience them for mood-altering effects. These are light, airy, and plausibly subtle if applied with care. I sprayed a tiny bit on my wrist, and I felt fabulous. The next scent was less floral and woodsy, and I still felt like I could shower, shampoo, get dressed and ready, then spray a bit and go out on the town in style (or to a coffee shop, why not if you choose a clean scent?). I like the selection. It is a sampler with a lot to go around; for me, they will last years. As a gift, you are offering choices, and something out of this set might be a preferred one that will be a perfect fit for the recipient (if not all of them, as they all appeal to me). The value of something like this is relatively high; it is versatile, travel-worthy, and high-quality. I hope I m not understating this. Smells good! This product is five fragrances in a faux leather pouch. Each fragrance is 10mL (about 1/3 fl. oz.) which should be appropriate for carry-on luggage. Once I removed the packaging the perfume bottles were wrapped in, the glass bottles do clink together quite a bit inside the pouch, which I expected. The leather is perfectly sturdy if you chose to carry and store the bottles that way. The sprayer caps work sufficiently well. The glass bottles are pretty and could be displayed for everyday use. As for the fragrances, I like them a lot. They are advertised as unisex fragrances, but I think that depends on personal preference. And personally, I think Cedarwood and Blossom Bomb are too sweet to be men’s, and maybe more appropriate for women. Burnt Wood reminds me more of a men’s fragrance. Noir and Old Bourbon could go either way. Old Bourbon smelled just how I thought it would and it’s my favorite of the bunch. Then Cedarwood. None of them are overly powerful. I have no allergies to smells or perfume oils, so I can’t speak on that. The fragrances wore off quickly after some light exercise, but they never got that weird cheap perfume smell I was waiting for. I would buy these again, or gift them to friends. ... show more

Whoever thought of this is brilliant! Each little bottle (they're not that little or mini though) has a pleasant, light scent and smells great on its own or in combination with the others. When I first got it, I used a small squirt of each and it turned out to smell really good. I usually don't like any woodsy scents for anything other than air fresheners in the house, but this one is the first I've ever liked. Like I said they're all pleasant and light. While they're light they stay with you so there's no need to reapply thru the day. It would be a great gift especially for the picky ones since they can do any combination and there's certainly some anyone would like. A great price/ value as well. ... show more
