OK, I'm an old guy and I remember the pale green shapeless hospital issue scrubs that nobody really wanted to have to wear (except for the ones that got "borrowed" and worn at home as lounge wear) and these ain't them! This is a nice, classy looking pair of "scrubs" that is fairly well tailored, well-sewn, and well thought out. Pockets in the right places, a nice wide elastic waistband, and cut comfortable. Based on the description I ordered a large - I am 5 foot 11 inches and weigh 165 pounds. This is my second pair of male scrubs from Uniforms World. In sets like this, I usually try to go by my waist size for night pants and such, so for my first set, I got a small, and it was a tad too tight around the waist, but otherwise nice. I then had the opportunity to order this set of male scrubs so I got the medium, and sadly, these are bigger than I expected. Note, I’m 5’6” and 125 pounds. I washed and dried these to see if the waist would shrink up a bit, but I’m guessing the material is pre-shrunk (which is typically good). I measured these compared to the pants from the small set and the waist on these was a full 2.5 inches greater in circumference than the smalls. That’s a big jump. They need something in-between. For this listing, there were no measurements given – just sizes (XS, S, M, L, etc.), so I thought I made the right guess. I’ll have to cinch these up a lot with the drawstring, and then they will be fine, but I do wonder what the waist size would be on the small version of these compared to the other scrubs. Is the waist for the small in this set 2.5 inches smaller in circumference? Again, that’s a big jump. That’s almost like going from 29-inch jeans to 32-inch jeans. Aside from the Small scrubs being small and the medium scrubs being big, these are nice. There are plenty of pockets. The pockets within a pocket are nice, as is the loop to hold your badge/keycard. The material is nicely stitched and they appear to be pre-shrunk. The material is decently thick too, so no one is going to see through it if you are backlit. If I could just better pick my size, I’d be all set. I’d like to request a “smallish-medium” or a “largish-small” please. ... show more

This set of black Men’s scrubs are actually pretty great! They fit more true to size than any other scrub I’ve tried so far. They’re also really long, so no breezy ankles! The drawstring waist isn’t too tight, and joggers are a little loose around the legs (but totally fine with that), and the top is the perfect height and not too tight. They look and feel well made.
