Very good value for the price! The finish is very smooth and they work very well for painting, charcoal, graphite, etc. I usually end up having to sand down the edges because they can be a little sharp. But I use these for portraits and they're a great option for it since you don't necessarily need to add any hardware to the back to hang it. I really like these, they are good for acrylic painting and crafting. I've bought these before in different sizes and the quality has never disappointed me. I do think they are a little on the pricey side, but sadly most things are these days. I like that they come with corner protectors on all the pieces of wood and sealed together in tight packaging to protect the wood from any damage.
