These were simple to screw into the bottom of my work surface. I like the open mesh approach, so that cables can approach from any direction. My only issue with them is that they are really too small for the job. Where I am using it to hold a power strip, there isn't enough room for all of the plugs without bumping the work surface above or overflowing to the side. I am also using one for a small network switch and a USB docking station. In both cases, their just isn't enough room for the device and the cables connected to them. It is working, but everything is hanging over. It does keep my cords out of site, but it would be better if they were maybe 50% wider and taller. ... show more

I mounted these to the back of my desk with screws and they are perfect. Plenty of tie down points for zip ties. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to cleanup their cables. I did not use the adhesive pads so I cannot speak on them.
