My boots came in different condition, moreover it seems that the boots were manufactured in different years according to the codes on the insoles. It seems that both boots were used as sample footwear.

The boot fits good. Good feel in the heel cup. Across the ball of the foot area it is a little snug. The straps are nice for putting the boot on. I can not commit of the durability. I bought these on a recommendation of a friend who has hunted in these boots in Africa and had no problems. He will be on his 4th trip in these boots this year. So they seem like they should be durable. They are not water proof. I will be taking a second pair of water proof boots with me on my trip ... show more

I don’t dislike these boots - I’m not going to say they’re great either I’ve got long very narrow feet (13) - the length fit as expected- but I had to put inserts into them due to my arches - time will tell - I wear them every day- evidently they take a while to get broken in
