Overall I really liked this phone I loved the size and weight of it. I loved the fingerprint on the side. It had plenty of room for all my pics and apps. BUT it is not compatible with Verizon. I tried for 2 days to get it to work. I was able to send texts, call and receive calls but I couldn't receive texts. I did so much research and it said to call Verizon and make sure I had CDMA-Less on my account so I did and it still wouldn't work. After two days I finally looked up the IMEI number (both since there are two on this phone) and neither were compatible. Which truly sucks because I would have loved to have this as my phonwb ... show more

    • Not bad, but charger issues
I am hard on my phones so I al always buy off brand Chinese phones such as Blu, One Nord, Umidigi. I had a serviceable umidigi but needed a storage upgrade so bought a this on in green.. It's a nice phone for my basic needs. The color is a pretty peacock green. I had troubles adding all my apps, and finally Amazon support suggested a factory reset. That worked but was a pain to do. Expected better from even a cheap new phone. Ive had to reboot a few times when apps disappear. Volume is ok, a bit tinny but ok through Bluetooth headset. Haven't used camera yet but I'm sure it's fine for my purposes, it's not like I'm making Oscar level films with this camera. Battery life definitely doesn't last as long as advertised. But mostly two stars because of the charger. First off, it's really short. 2ndly for a new phone the male end doesn't sit in charging port and is loose. Lastly, it takes foreverI pugged it in at 9 pm last night at 50% and turned it off. It seriously only went to 74% in 8 hours. I have it plugged in now for fifteen minutes at 44% it hasn't gone up. I have lightening six foot c cables on way but Umidigi doesn't really give great information on how to upgrade cables. So I hope they work. I would have paid extra for a longer cable from the getgo. Umidigi should offer the upgrade option at least. So it works for what I need it to do (surf web, watch movies, text, make phone calls) I'll give it thirty days, to see if the lightening c cables sit in port and charge faster but because of charger and factory reset, two stars. ... show more

This phone was not compatible with 2 different carriers. Was a real waste of my time and money. And in order to get my money back faster I had to pay to send it back. Very very disappointed. Never really had problems with Amazon. Don't know if all this is thier fault but again, disappointing.

This phone is a big disappointment with big potential. Phone constantly is restarting on its own, apps eventually get to a point that it won't open. Phone has great features but it will get you frustrated. It's not worth almost 200 bucks. Trust me. I regret paying for it. I could of returned it, but decided to roll with the issues as I'm usually not bothered to easily. After almost a year with it, I've had enough. But hey, seller still got the money so good for him? Suck for me. Oh well. I hoping to save the trouble for the next person. Wait! Your gonna give it a shot and still go for it in good faith? Go for it , you will see how it's not worth the price with these issues I mentioned. Good luck using the map navigation also. Hopefully you won't miss a exit because there phone decided to glitch and turn off on you. Oh wait, you need to call an emergency number while being chased by a crazy person with a knife?? Good luck on that also. Let's hope you have enough time for the phone to restart in the middle of the call. But, Go ahead give it a shot , buy it, you will see. ... show more
