.I ordered these frames to display my children’s wedding pictures. I was told about command tape. So i ordered it from Amazon. The command tape did not work. In 48 hours the frames fell off the wall. I added another strip let it relax on the wall and secured the frame again. They fell off the wall and this time the frames broke. Now I hope Amazon will honor my purchase and send me 2 new frames free of charge. This time I’ll be certain to use traditional nails. ... show more

Wanted a quality frame at the price and needed the two up format that could be hung vertically. While these will work, they are really the quality of a frame under $10, not twice that. Would not recommend...should have gone to a craft store instead.

This is a nice frame and just what I was looking for; however, it arrived broken. The frame was packaged in an envelope, so not protected. I needed this immediately so I didn’t return it, and I used wood glue to fix it, but I will be buying another to replace this. The frame is actually 12x15, not 11x14. The frame was broken when it arrived, rather than send back I used a little superglue and it's fine. The mat was nice, wooden frame looks okay. This frame must hang on the wall since there's no stand.
