Screen protector works great! I was skeptical at first because I've tried screen protectors from other companies in the past and they haven't worked at all, but this one is amazing. It comes with a kit to clean your screen and you can scan a QR code to watch a video on how to apply it. The kit makes it super easy to apply it correctly and I haven't had any bubbles or lifting and it works even with my OtterBox being over it. I also love the privacy aspect of it since I have to use my phone for work purposes too. I was very surprised that it also comes with a lifetime warranty even though there's 2 screens in the package and all you have to do is register it...so of course I did! So far the product is worth the money since these are a little more expensive than other screen protectors but I always say "you get what you pay for" and I am not disappointed. I'd rather pay the $30 for the screen protector, that's got a lifetime warranty, than have to pay $380 to repair my screen if it cracks again. ... show more

I bought this screen protector because I just received my new Galaxy S24 Ultra, my Galaxy S23 Ultra had a Crack screen because I didn't have a screen protector on it. This screen protector is amazing, not only does it have great privacy but it also protects my screen so well. I'm a little clumsy and have dropped my phone already BUT having this screen protector saved my phone from a cracked screen. I original thought my screen was broken but once I took off the protector (to install the replacement), I saw that it was the protector cracked and not my actual screen. I am very grateful for that and will continue purchasing this protector as long as their in business. The install was fairly easy compared to other screen protectors I've purchased. There were no bubbles or inconsistencies. The fingerprint has to be redone when installed on your phone. And the biggest thing is your fingerprint must be moisturized in order for it to work well. It's not so much of an inconvenience for me because I keep my skin lotion/moisturized.     • Better than the competition
I originally gave this product a 1 star review and called it worthless. Both the screen protectors in the kit did not stick to my phone even though I followed the instruction precisely. The seller reached out to me in less than 24 hrs. Turns out I received a defective lot from Amazon. They fully refunded my purchase and sent me a replacement kit. I had already ordered two other kits before the seller had reached out to me. One of the replacements was legitimately bad (the privacy angle was way off, the fingerprint reading ability was atrocious, etc) and the other kit was actually pretty good. So, when my Ultraglass replacement came I already had a functioning 9H replacement that was less than half the cost. I still decided to try out the Ultraglass due to the customer service. This time the Ultraglass worked like a charm. It was no problem to install and I didn't even need the squeegee to get bubbles out. It's hands down way better than the other protector I had on beforehand. It even feels nicer to the touch. It has fingerprint resistance which is pretty good and keep the phone looking clean. The fingerprint works fine once re-registering and ensuring the settings are adjusted. The privacy angle is what it is supposed to be. With the warranty and customer service this protector is a leg up above the rest. Honestly the only bad thing I can say is that the alignment is literally 1mm or less off to the right, it is miniscule. Overall I think it is well worth the money and it is a great protector. I love how easy this is to install it feels nice. No issue with the fingerprint reader. The privacy is great. At the right angle it looks like my phone screen is off when it's not. The only issue is, it has fallen a few times and I have several cracks and it is chipped on one side. I'm a stay at home mom so it's not like in an environment where my phone will be falling in harsh conditions so I'm not sure why the screen protector got so damaged. Otherwise I love it! Customer service is wonderful. Update: I filed a claim November 8th and received a FREE replacement 2 pack on the 12th! I hope these last longer. :) ... show more

Over the years, I've bought many screen protectors, but this is my second time purchasing a privacy glass, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. + The privacy protection from the side view is excellent. + Installation is super easy! The whole process took less than 30s, and there were no annoying bubbles. + It's very durable, handling small bumps and impacts without any scratches. + The touch feels great, and it’s resistant to fingerprints and smudges, so no worries about dirtying the screen with your fingers. + The clarity is still great, and with the Samsung S24 Ultra's strong display capabilities, there are no issues at all. + Initially, fingerprint unlocking seemed a bit delayed, but after re-registering my fingerprint following the installation video’s advice, everything works perfectly now. + It also fits perfectly with my phone case (I use the Otterbox Commuter series).
