Initially the inner brace instructions were confusing . I was trying to follow the image in the instructions pamphlet but there was no way it could make sense for it be built together. The stumps were facingn different directions. After I put it together the way that made sense it was smooth sailing from there. There is a slight gap between the inner brace and the sides (as seen in photos) whereas the opposite side did not have a gap. I do not think that this really disrupts anything as you will secure the side into the inner brace in the final stages anyway. Have done few boxjumps and step ups on these and they feel sturdy. I also already banged up my shin against it so.. the product works! ... show more

Dear Manufacturer, Would love it if you take more time making sure the edges of the wood that slide into each other actually fit. I had to spend 30 minutes with the grinder smoothing out the edges so they would fit together. The reason I purchased your product is that I thought it would be less time consuming than building it from scratch. I applaud everything about your product except the shoddy finish on the edges. Dear customers, if you don't want to spend an hour putting this together or don't have a grinder/sander and drill I recommend you pay for the pre-assembled version. My husband and I shopped around for a box for our home gym for a while. This one seemed to be alot cheaper than all the others for the most part so we decided to purchase. We were pleasantly pleased with this product. It took my husband maybe 10 min to build and was super easy. It is very durable and is better than most box jumps we have noticed. Overall this box is easy to assemble once you understand which part of the instructions apply to assembling the box you bought. After that it’s easy peasy. The smallest size box doesn’t have any braces inside but the instructions demo braces in the build. Good quality. Solid and sturdy.

I got 3 different sizes of this brand of jump box. They were easy to put together. Took about 5 minutes per. They were tight in the right way without any sloppiness in the joints. I didn't have to "help" the parts go together. They are fairly heavy and sturdy. The hand holds are the right size too. I'd recommend them for home or the gym. Overall excellent quality. Exactly what I was hoping for. Can be a bit challenging to assemble since the parts are cut to very exact dimensions, which is good overall but can require you to work a bit to get the thing together.

Liked it. It holds all 245 lbs of me. I haven’t jumped on it but I feel comfortable that it could take it. I use it mostly for help doing pull ups and then use it for calf raises and such. Saw some reviews of people not getting screws and what not. But mine came with screws and an Allen wrench.

While it feels like the small box is plenty sturdy without the inner brace, the description clearly says that it has an inner brace. I figured this is why it cost more than other similar boxes. Also, two of the holes on the same side of the box do not line up, as shown in the picture. I have also purchased the large version of this box and had no issues with it. They both assemble well ( except for the misaligned holes one the one ) and feel solid. ... show more
