Wish I got one sooner. Almost an essential accessory for my photo studio now. I purchased it to hold a light wand, which it does very well, but can be used to hold a flash, microphone, etc. It has a nice rubber grip material on the inside of the clamp that prevents slipping and ensures a secure hold. The hinges are easy to adjust and stay in place in the position you lock them in. Great for items that are a few pounds. I wouldn’t mount a heavy camera with it, but it will do the job for most accessories. The clamp is controlled by a screw, as well as the locking arm which is controlled by another screw. The entire arm is very versatile, but be careful not to twist the holder screw the wrong way as it can come off too. The phone holder is very tight but sturdy. Helpful to have while doing chores!

I bought this clamp to attach my GoPro camera to my bicycle handlebars. There are no cheap plastic pieces anywhere, as it is all metal and built like a tank! It is also easy to attach to the bike and can be tightened down very securely. One minor complaint is that the noise/vibration from the bike is audible on my videos, because there is a direct connection from the bike to the clamp to the camera, with no buffer in between. Obviously, that is not the clamp's fault, and I could eliminate it by using my camera's chest harness, but that would put the front of the bike in the video. I highly recommend this clamp.
